ORDERING

1、Click to the ornamental fish display page, key in your favorite fishes' codes together with some relevant information into our customer s' page. We will reply to you within two working days.

2、Please timely inform us when you get all your interested information and decide to buy them, we will send you relevant contracts and model invoices. Upon your confirmation, please remit all payments to our designated bank accounts. On receiving the fax of the remittance voucher from the bank, we will confirm your order by fax within one working day.

3、From the day of confirming your order, we will deliver the ordered fish to your appointed designation. For the irresistible powers, like flight delay or cancel, war, natural disasters and so on, we will timely inform you for arrangements.

SUPPLEMENT

1、The quoted price of all the ornamental fishes is based on US dollar, Beijing or Shanghai FOB, excluding carriage, surrogate fee, and fees of relevant documents and certificates, which will be calculated by real price. All the fees' information is included in our model invoices.

2、A complete package, which is five US dollars, includes the following things: one hard-board case, four antioxidant plastic bags, one heat preservation foamy box, and eight high strength rubbers.

Notes: We are finalizing the names and codes of the fishes. Upon completion, they will be added into when the website's layout is completed.
